Thank you for supporting our small family business! Every cookie cutter is 3D printed to order in Texas, USA. Here's what to expect when you place an order:

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package shows delivered but is missing, please check with neighbors, look around your property, and wait 24-48 hours before contacting us. If it doesn't surface, we'll work with you on a replacement.

If your cutter arrives damaged, email us photos within 7 days and we'll send a free replacement.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

We cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations after purchase. Once the order has been started, we are unable to accomodate modifications or cancellations. Email us as soon as possible if you need to change anything.
